This is a unique area of work, mapping how increasing education could lead to increase in emissions. Using scenarios for any sector using assumptions helps in understanding the impact of human behaviours on emissions and climate change. SSPs five scenarios from drastic reductions (pathway 1) to pathway 5 which is use of high levels of fossil fuels. While this provides some sort of basis, I think impact of human behaviour is a complicated area and no two developing countries are the same. nevertheless this is an interesting area of work.
