Ms Varadarajan has over two decades of experience in Corporate linked Non-profit organizations, gender issues. She served as Executive Director of SNS Foundation (social wing of Anand Group of Industries). She served as a member of several committees including sexual harassment as both internal and external members with large corporates such as Anand Group as well as Punj Lloyd. She is a firm believer in bringing positive change in society through the power of one and nurtures a lot of empathy for everyone. She has worked on community health programs, rehabilitation and resettlement, reproductive and child health, education and health, training, focus on adolescent and youth, gender issues, and promoting corporate volunteering. She speaks English, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.
