Dr. Kad’s belief in the doughnut model underscores her approach to sustainability, emphasizing the importance of inclusivity and the need to uplift everyone, no matter where they are on their journey.

Dr. Shabnam Priyadarshini, Head of Capability Development at SAGE Sustainability, empowers teams with tailored strategies. Using psychometric tools, she fosters growth and well-being, prioritizing the unique needs and strengths of each individual.

Principal Consultant
Ms. Abija is professionally trained as a Civil Engineer with a background in the real estate industry and specialized training in sustainability. She brings a calm and analytical approach to understanding and addressing client concerns, ensuring that solutions are both effective and sustainable. Fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam, Ms. Abija has gained extensive experience working with SAGE Sustainability across various areas of sustainability, including GRI Reporting and Carbon Accounting. She has passionately and diligently contributed to dozens of projects, ranging from EcoVadis and B Corp certifications to supporting many of SAGE Sustainability's key initiatives. Abija is interested in baking, yoga and golf and keen on learning mandala art and embroidery.

Design Lead
A passionate Graphic Designer trained in Computer Graphics, Designing, and Post-Production, she is a master crafter of effective visual communication for SAGE’s clients. With experience as a content developer in an e-learning company in Hyderabad and a background as a Montessori Teacher with a Bachelor of Education degree from Bangalore University, she excels in creating impactful visuals. At SAGE Sustainability, she designs sustainability reports and posters for social media platforms using Adobe software. Beyond her professional expertise, she is dedicated to animal welfare, providing compassionate care for street dogs.

Senior Sustainability & Business Development Manager
Ram Ramisetty is our Senior Sustainability & Business Development Manager has a Masters in Environmental Engineering from the USA and Bachelors in Civil Engineering, India. With over 19 years of extensive international experience spanning the USA, GCC Countries, and India, Ram brings a strong technical background combined with extensive industry experience and skillsets. His experience spans various domains such as Construction, Oil & Gas, Rail (Metro), Manufacturing and Biomedical. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Environmental and Sustainability related areas and is also a Lead Auditor for Environmental Management Systems.

Sustainability Associate
Shilpa Shrivastava is a dedicated Sustainability professional with experience in Energy, Environment, and Technological advancements for rural enterprises. She holds an M.Tech. in Technology and Development from the Centre for Technology Alternatives for Rural Areas (CTARA) at IIT Bombay and has worked as a Research Fellow for two years in the Energy and Environment Programme at the National Institute of Advanced Studies, Bengaluru. At SAGE Sustainability, Shilpa brings rigorous attention to multiple projects, leveraging her strong research and analytical skills to make significant contributions.

Sustainability Associate
Anamika Soni, M.Tech. graduate from IIT Bombay, passionate about data science, environment, and social impact. Diverse experience in edutech, agriculture, supply-chain. Enjoys sketching and coloring.

Sustainability Consultant

Arindum is a consultant with SAGE Sustainability, with a strong background in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Engineering, Science and Technology (IIEST Shibpur) and an MBA in Sustainable Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. He is also an IGBC AP Associate Professional.

Sustainability Consultant

Bharat Gangwar is a consultant with SAGE Sustainability, holding a Master’s in Physics and Astronomy from NIT Rourkela and an MBA in Sustainable Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. His passion for sustainability spans various areas, including sustainable agriculture, transport, and habitats.

Sustainability Associate

Vinutha is a Sustainability Associate at SAGE Sustainability, with a B.Tech in Energy and Environmental Engineering from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University and an M.Tech in Environmental Engineering and Management from Pondicherry University. Prior to joining SAGE, she has experience working on environmental projects including solid waste management and renewable energy.
