This article reminds everyone on the occasion of Earth day and UNGC anniversary that Earth is our only home, and while we are recovering from the pandemic, it is so important to know that we dont have a choice to go back to the same old routine systems. The article points out that the world population has more than doubled in half a century, since the first Earth Day from 3.7 billion to 7.8 billion, and we will add another 3 billion in next 50 years. For starters, European Green Deal sounds like a good plan and if there is good traction and momentum on it, it can be a game changer, however, traction is important. Covid in that sense is an opportunity to trigger a new economic era that works for everyone and the planet.
