As a technology-driven services organisation, Mu Sigma recognised the importance of aligning with global ESG expectations. They came to SAGE Sustainability for having a structured sustainability approach and also align with EcoVadis framework. The scoring demanded structured disclosures, robust policies, and evidence across labour, ethics, environment, and procurement. Mu Sigma’s sustainability efforts required consolidation and articulation to meet EcoVadis requirements. They needed a partner to map their current state, provide clear direction, and prepare them to secure recognition while building the foundation for stronger future ratings.
Our Approach
We conducted a detailed baseline review of Mu Sigma’s ESG practices, mapped them against EcoVadis requirements, and provided structured guidance. By building capacity and systems, we ensured Mu Sigma could confidently meet the Bronze recognition threshold.
