Rohit Nayar is a consultant and leadership trainer with over 35 years of experience in management, consulting, and leadership development. He is a certified executive coach and trainer for strategic and productivity leadership programs. Rohit’s career includes significant leadership roles at top multinational corporations such as Cadbury, Nestle, and Mondelez International.

His expertise spans project management, technical engineering, and business turnaround strategies. At Mondelez, he served as the Global Engineering Manager, leading the design of a new chocolate facility with a project CAPEX of 200 million USD. At Nestle, he was a key figure in major projects, including the Project BIG initiative, which involved the simultaneous implementation of multiple chocolate projects across South Asia. He also led compliance projects, successfully implementing the ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 quality and food safety management systems across all Nestle factories in the region.

Since 2015, Rohit has worked as a consultant, helping organizations become high-performing by blending technology and process improvements to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
