Sustainability Associate

As a Sustainability Associate at SAGE Sustainability, you'll be instrumental in aiding our clients on their path towards sustainability and ethical business practices. Looking for a Subject Matter Expert who has the passion to drive sustainability for our clients. Your role encompasses the following key responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with the Sustainability consulting team to offer assistance to Senior Consultants. This includes conducting rapid analyses, crafting presentations, engaging in peer reviews, and adhering to standards. 2. Conduct comprehensive research on sustainability across various sectors, industries, and geographical locations. 3. Perform analysis, documentation, and writing tasks related to sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities - Planning: 1. Planning one's own work, under the guidance of the assigned supervisor (Principal Consultant) 2. Daily updating the assigned sheet on progress of the work done 3. Ability to work independently without minimum supervision 4. Voluntarily asking for further information immediately if clarification is required; without waiting for supervisor to follow up Research: 1. Conducting research and review 2. Research must be based on credible, verifiable sources and information sources should be cited while presenting research) 3. Presentation of the research for peer review should be in assigned format 4. Grammar should be checked before submissions Analysis: 1. Analysing complex data; understanding narrative (Qualitative and Quantitative data) 2. Generating Insights Presentations: 1. Presentations must follow the instructions provided including for fonts, colours and other design themes. 2. Content must be scrutinized with Language software (provided) before submission Client Engagement: 1. Under Supervision of a senior consultant, associate will engage with client for follow up and seek clarifications 2. All mails shall be copied to the senior consultant, or project manager. 3. If you are a project manager, keep your manager copied on all mails 4. Sharp listening ability to understand client requirement Team Working: 1. Maintain and develop positive team working and open communication 2. Provide support, training and coaching to colleagues when required 3. Assist with the introduction of change in the organization as directed, being prepared to reassure and motivate other team members 4. Attend meetings and contribute to works of various workplace teams, e.g. Team meetings 5. Support other teams when there are peaks in workloads, or staffing is low on as and when basis.

Sustainability Analyst Intern

Work as a part of the Sustainability consulting team to provide support to Consultants (quick analysis, presentations, peer review, standards) and to carry out a wide range of Sustainability related research across sectors, industries and geographies) and analysis, writing, documentation, presentations.
